Teach The Student Experience in Postsecondary Education online at the University of Toronto, applying higher education scholarship and graduate teaching experience.
This Sessional Lecturer appointment covers LHA1844H through OISE’s Department of Leadership, Higher & Adult Education. The graduate half course examines student experience foundations, student development, learning, outcomes, and assessment. The appointment runs from January 1 to April 30, 2027, with Tuesday evening online classes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize the graduate half course
- Lead Tuesday evening online classes
- Assist students between scheduled classes
- Evaluate student work and provide feedback
Requirements:
- Doctorate in Higher Education
- Scholarship in Higher Education and course subject area
- Practical experience related to the course topic
- Successful graduate teaching experience in the subject area
- Two or more years in student services or student affairs
