You will oversee compliance, client onboarding, and operational efficiencies, ensuring superior service delivery while collaborating with various teams. Your expertise will directly influence business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer communication and support processes
• Facilitate onboarding and continued client engagement
• Administer payroll and benefits accurately
• Partner with external payroll service providers
• Evaluate systems for efficiency and scalability
Requirements:
• 5+ years HR or payroll experience in SaaS/Fintech
• Familiarity with multiple payroll platforms
• Skills in benefits administration
• In-depth knowledge of onboarding/offboarding
• Strong communication skills; French or Spanish a plus
