In this dynamic role, the successful candidate will work with our Manitoba and Saskatchewan Billing Operations Team to provide exceptional service to our customers and grow the Dr.Bill brand of excellence. This role will be based in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, Alberta or Ontario. What Will You Do? Maintain accurate customer account records Process medical claims Reconcile monthly remittance advice Generate billing reports Resolve issues efficiently and effectively Respond to billing questions Provide claim recommendations when applicable Respond to physician and internal communications in a timely manner Assist in scaling operations What do you need to succeed? 5+ years of health care administration and customer service experience 2+ years experience with Manitoba (MHSIP) and Saskatchewan (MSB) Provincial Billing 2+ years experience working with Accuro or Telus EMRs 1+ year of team management experience Strong cross-functional capabilities to identify interdependencies between teams Proactive identification of problems and solution implementation Strong communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders Ability to create quality internal documentation Comfortable working with some ambiguity with an adaptable mindset Experience planning, scheduling and resource allocation Deadline-driven and results-oriented; coaching team to deliver high quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously Nice to Have Previous experience working with an EMR or EHR company directly Graduate degree in health care administration or equivalent experience Proficient in SharePoint, Metabase, Confluence, Outlook, Excel What’s in it for you?
