Pour le compte de notre client dans le secteur Bancaire, Astek Canada recherche un(e) Architecte(e) de solutions motivé(e) et prêt(e) à relever de nouveaux défis.

Vos responsabilités

En tant qu'Architecte(e) de solutions, vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Mobiliser les différents experts afin de produire des solutions répondant aux besoins fonctionnels et non fonctionnels des lignes d'affaires tout en étant alignées sur les cibles stratégiques de l'entreprise.
  • Développer ton leadership authentique et ton leadership au service des autres.
  • Participer aux revues par les pairs et appuyer tes collègues architectes lorsqu'ils ont besoin d'aide.
  • Vulgariser et promouvoir le processus de gouvernance d'architecture auprès des équipes de projet.
  • Contribuer à l'évolution de la pratique d'architecture de solution.
  • Évaluer les coûts de mise en place et de maintenance des solutions.
  • Être à l'affût et comprendre les impacts de la technologie sur les processus et applications d'affaires afin de les communiquer à différents types d'audience.
  • Contribuer à la préparation et au déroulement des exercices de planification (terme SAFe « PI Planning»).
  • Veiller au bon déroulement des activités sous ta responsabilité, de leurs développements jusqu'à la mise en production, ainsi qu'à la qualité des solutions technologiques.

Vos atouts pour réussir

Formation/Expérience :

  • Baccalauréat complété, connexe au secteur d'activité, et sept (7) à dix (10) années d'expérience pertinente en architecture de solution.
  • Expérience en tant qu'architecte de solutions dans le milieu financier un atout.
  • Minimum 5 années d'expérience des technologies d'intégration de système (API, micro-services, ESB, Kafka, etc.).

Compétences clés :

  • Expérience avec Java, Kafka et Kubernetes un atout.
  • Expérience avec les BD relationnelles et NoSQL un atout (Sybase, Oracle ou Postgresql et mongoDB).
  • Connaissance des concepts de sécurité (SAML, OAuth, OpenID).
  • Expérience des solutions cloud AWS (certification AWS Certified Solution Architect Associate un atout).
  • Capacité à animer des ateliers et des réunions efficaces.
  • Authenticité et leadership au service des autres.
  • Bilinguisme (parlé/écrit) français et anglais est requis.
