Who You Are You love bringing hardware to life and enjoy solving problems across the hardware–firmware boundary. You’re hands‑on in the lab and comfortable with tools like oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers, and JTAG. You’re comfortable jumping into unfamiliar problems and figuring things out in both lab and firmware. You’re curious, collaborative, and excited to work on technology that pushes the boundaries of performance. What We Need Lead validation of next‑gen PCIe interfaces from controller to PHY and everything in between. Collaborate across hardware, firmware, and software teams to bring up new features and solve problems. Act as a sharp debugger, triaging issues across hardware, firmware, and software layers. Think detail‑oriented, thrive in fast‑paced environments, and enjoy seeing ideas come to life in real systems. What You Will Learn Validate next‑gen hardware and bring it production‑ready. Understand how system components—multi‑die chiplets, firmware integration—work together. Use advanced tools and techniques to debug and tune complex system interactions.
