Overview The Onsite Manager is responsible for managing the staffing needs of our client while building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Manage temporary staffing needs of the client while working in conjunction with our recruitment team. Customize or enhance recruiting, training, recognition, and retention programs to ensure optimum customer service. Implement orientation program for temporary associates, which incorporates customer's policies. Monitor and address personnel issues and concerns quickly and effectively. Anticipate needs of the customer. Develop relationships. Authentically connect with our client, candidates, and associates to drive their loyalty, which allows us to put more people to work.
