Our clients range from local retailers to enterprise-level multinationals. We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our rapidly growing team and lead strategic initiatives across multiple high-value client accounts. You will drive SEO strategy and serve as a technical authority while maintaining direct client relationships. We're looking for a strategic thinker who can translate complex SEO concepts into actionable recommendations and measurable results. This is a hybrid role and work is performed from the Ottawa office at least 3 days per week. Desired Competencies Develop and execute SEO strategies across diverse client portfolios Lead technical SEO audits and provide advanced optimization recommendations Guide content strategy through data-driven keyword research and competitive analysis Mentor junior team members and provide technical oversight on client projects Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and strategic guidance Primary Responsibilities Drive SEO strategy development and implementation Lead technical site audits and provide advanced optimization recommendations Develop search strategies aligned with client business objectives Create and present executive-level reports and strategic recommendations Identify emerging SEO trends and implement innovative solutions Guide cross-functional teams in implementing technical SEO recommendations Manage client relationships and serve as SEO subject matter expert Drive process improvements and best practices across the SEO department Collaborate with leadership on department strategy and growth initiatives Experience and Skills Professional SEO experience with demonstrated success Track record of improving search visibility for websites Proficiency with major SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.) Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and data visualization Excellence in stakeholder management and client communication Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making Track record of successful SEO campaigns Knowledge of structured data, schema markup, and technical optimization Experience with international SEO and multilingual optimization a plus Google certification and bilingualism (English and French) preferred Compensation Package Comprehensive health and dental benefits Paid vacation and personal days Professional development allowance Mentorship and leadership development programs Qualified candidates please send your resume, cover letter, and portfolio of successful SEO campaigns to Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Marketing and Sales Industries Advertising Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
