The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of People & Culture to join our leadership team. This role is responsible for driving people strategy, strengthening organizational culture, and supporting operational excellence across a dynamic food processing environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead all aspects of human resources, including labour relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development. Develop and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with union representatives, ensuring effective negotiation, contract administration, and grievance management. Partner with senior leadership to align people and culture strategies with business objectives.
