We are seeking a Product Manager to support the development and continuous improvement of our wealth management platform and related financial service products. The Opportunity: Join our Toronto-based team as a Product Manager to help execute the product roadmap and enhance technology solutions that improve the user experience for clients and advisors. This full‑time, on‑site role (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) will focus on driving product initiatives across financial planning, estate planning, tax, insurance, mortgage, and investment services. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to assist in delivering product features and enhancements. Support the gathering, documentation, and refinement of product requirements based on user feedback, market research, and competitive analysis. Coordinate with project managers and developers during design, testing, and implementation phases to ensure successful delivery. Monitor key product performance metrics and user satisfaction data; assist in preparing reports and dashboards for stakeholders. Conduct ongoing competitive research and help identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in product management, product analysis, or related roles, ideally in financial services or fintech. Solid understanding of wealth management, estate planning, tax, insurance, mortgage, and investment products. Ability to translate complex processes into clear product requirements and user experiences. Experience with competitive research and product lifecycle support. Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or HubSpot Dashboards. Strong collaboration and communication skills with attention to detail and follow‑through.
