**Job Title: Production Specialist (PM)****Job Description**Join our team in the Vegetable Room, where you''ll play a vital role in producing high-quality fillings for spring rolls. This position involves physical activities such as chopping cabbage and carrots by hand, operating shredding machines, and moving heavy carts filled with vegetables. The work environment is dynamic and engaging, with opportunities to rotate across different departments.**Responsibilities**Assist in creating the filling for spring rolls.Chop and shred cabbage and carrots by hand and using machines.Lift and move large boxes and push heavy 50lbs carts in and out of coolers.Wash and clean vegetables thoroughly.Maintain cleanliness by cleaning the workspace at the end of the shift.**Essential Skills**Ability to lift 50lbs.Comfortable standing for 8-10 hours a day.Proficiency in using a knife for chopping vegetables.Experience in food production and vegetable processing.**Additional Skills & Qualifications**Food manufacturing experience is desirable.Previous experience in cutting vegetables or similar tasks.**Why Work Here?**Be a part of a welcoming family environment that offers a rolling contract with the potential to become permanent. The dress code includes wearing a lab coat, rubber gloves, and an apron provided by us. Jewelry, open sleeves, skirts, shorts, nail polish, acrylics, and fake eyelashes are not allowed. Hair and beard nets are supplied to maintain hygiene standards. The vegetable room is wet and messy, so rubber boots are recommended.
