This Beauty Specialist position focuses on customer-first service and beauty product sales within a locally owned store. You provide information through consultative conversations, conduct sit-down makeup and skincare consultations, and demonstrate application. You also promote marketing programs, book in-store event appointments, and create a positive environment for customers and coworkers.

- Ability to bend, stretch, and stock shelves
