If you share our passion, we'd love to chat ❤️ About the role As our Email/Lifecycle Marketing lead, you will own the systems that turn readers into members, and members into long‑term customers. You’ll write and send bi‑weekly newsletters to non‑members, build and optimize automated sequences, and own member data + insights to improve engagement and retention. You’ll also support our Webflow marketing site copy and run seasonal/holiday campaigns with a clear conversion + retention lens. Key Responsibilities Write and send bi‑weekly newsletters to non‑members premium subscribers to share more about our product (nurture + conversion) Build, manage, and optimize automated lifecycle sequences (welcome, onboarding, win‑back, upsell, churn prevention) Own segmentation and member research: understand cohorts, behaviors, and what drives engagement Manage copy updates across our Webflow marketing site (welcome pages, landing pages, pricing pages) Plan and execute holiday/seasonal campaigns end‑to‑end (strategy, copy, timing, segmentation, reporting) Partner with Growth + Editorial to ensure lifecycle messaging matches the product and stays high‑trust Our ideal candidate Has experience running lifecycle/email marketing for a subscription product, newsletter business, or edtech company Strong copywriter with taste – you prioritize copy as value‑first without sounding spammy Data‑driven: comfortable with segmentation, A/B tests, performance reporting, and cohort thinking Understands email deliverability fundamentals and list health Can operate independently and move fast without losing quality Passionate about AI and excited to build the best education + media funnel in the world Bonus: Webflow experience (or comfortable editing copy in a Webflow workflow) What we offer Be a key part of a leading global AI media and education company, shaping the future of AI implementation and impacting millions of businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, creators, and tech professionals.
