Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Store Manager with a background in sewing and fitting for our Stitch It Clothing Alterations location in the TD Center Store. Recruit, retain and coach a team to success. Ensure a safe working environment for the team and customers. Manage customers’ orders effectively. Control wage cost efficiently. Maintain loss prevention controls and low shrink results. Show passion for our customers and brand. Drive and understand the ins-and-outs of store operations. Qualifications Education or experience in Fashion Design is desirable. Interest in fashion and proper fit is an asset. Basic sewing knowledge is required. 1–3 years of experience in a customer‑service role. Experience with POS (Point of Sales system).
