Job Description As a Civil Engineer - Inspection (IRI), you will play a key role within an expert team dedicated to bridges, dams, maritime infrastructures, and roads. Prepare calls for tenders, including strategic planning and cost estimation. Actively participate in project kickoff and follow‑up meetings. Qualifications Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Advanced Excel) and Microsoft Project. Excellent understanding of structural behavior and material degradation phenomena. Superior writing skills and impeccable mastery of French (oral and written) are mandatory. Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces (inspection via climbing or aerial lift). Natural leadership, scientific rigor, and professionalism in client relations. In‑depth knowledge of MTQ standards and procedures. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering (Master's is an asset). Member in good standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ). Minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in the inspection or evaluation of bridges and structural works.
