We’re looking for Business Coaches with vision, heart, and drive. As a WOW Academy Business Coach, you’ll work with entrepreneurs and leaders who are ready to go all-in on their personal and professional evolution. Your role is to guide them to clarity, align their business with their values, and train the entrepreneurial mind to lead with purpose, prosperity, and power. This is a remote, flexible, high-impact opportunity for someone who loves transformation as much as execution. Who This Role Is Designed For We welcome two types of leaders: ✔️ 1. Coaches currently running their own successful coaching or consulting business You already generate your own revenue, have clients who trust you, and want to expand your impact by adding WOW Academy’s programs, tools, and methodology to your ecosystem. You’ll register your clients into our programs and get paid as a collaborator or equity-owner based on the clients you enroll and the programs you lead. ✔️ 2. Professionals currently employed who want tobuild their coaching business You have the mindset, integrity, and skillset of a coach—even if coaching isn’t yet your full-time work. You’re ready to start building your own coaching business with real structure, mentorship, and a powerful platform behind you. WOW Academy gives you a place to grow your practice and a community to support your success. What You’ll Do Lead transformational programs Co-create strategic action plans with clients Support leaders in scaling businesses, launching missions, or redefining success Register your clients into WOW Academy programs (and get paid for it) Be part of a movement that elevates human potential, not just business strategy You won’t just be teaching business—you’ll be supporting people become who they’re meant to be. This role isnot about getting clients handed to you. Our coaches areentrepreneurs , partners, and collaborators who bring expertise, presence, and commitment to WOW Academy’s mission. If you’re only looking for us to fill your roster, this isn’t the right fit. But if you want tobuild a coaching business—orexpand the one you already have—with a powerful platform behind you, you will thrive here. Qualifications We’re looking for business coaches who are: Obsessed with clarity, alignment, and results Experienced in business strategy, operations, entrepreneurship, or leadership Deep listeners and bold communicators Grounded in both human development and real-world business skills Self-directed and energized by a flexible, remote environment Either already running a healthy coaching businessor actively building one with intention Bonus: Trained coaches, facilitators, or purpose-driven leaders with lived experience Degrees are welcome—but your mindset, presence, and ability to create real value matter far more. ✨ The WOW Academy Distinction We don’t “hire coaches to coach clients.” We invite leaders to join a movement.
