As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated construction plumber to join our team We are seeking goal oriented and dedicated team members, who appreciate a family atmosphere We are looking for a new construction plumber of any experience level. However, compensation will vary depending on experience.Qualifications:* Must have valid residential Plumbing License (registered Journeyman Plumber or equivalent)* 3+ years experience in new construction plumbing preferred* Excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral)* Experience with heavy lifting and physical labor associated with plumbing tasks.* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.* Valid drivers license and reliable transportation* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality* Teamwork oriented with a self-starter ability* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings* Able to perform daily responsibilities listed below:Responsibilities:* Maintain consistent communication with dispatch* Represent 1-Tom Plumber in a professional, courteous and customer service-oriented manner* Perform rough-in and finishing plumbing on residential and/or commercial construction sites* Install water supply, drainage, and venting systems* Work with copper, PEX, ABS, PVC, and other common plumbing materials* Test systems for leaks and ensure compliance with all applicable codes* Follow safety protocols and company procedures* Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades for timely completion* Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.* Properly clean and maintain equipment and vehicle* Participate in on-call rotation and rapidly respond to customer’s plumbing emergencies* Most importantly, be the team member everyone wants to work withOur culture and core values have made us among the fastest growing businesses in our field.
