Senior Enterprise Architect

Job Description: The Senior Enterprise Architect will support and oversee the technology ecosystem, ensuring alignment between business strategy and technical architecture. This role defines and maintains the enterprise architecture framework, promotes architectural principles, evaluates technologies, and guides large-scale transformation initiatives. Requirement/Must Have: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Ability to complete required background checks. 8+ years leading cross-functional agile product teams. 5+ years architecting, managing, and maintaining technology platforms. 8+ years assessing requirements across business, application, technology, data, security, and privacy domains. 7+ years documenting application architectures in a large enterprise environment. 7+ years planning, designing, implementing, and supporting platform solutions in an enterprise environment. 8+ years experience providing leadership, planning, estimating, and presenting technical solutions. Experience: Experience developing and maintaining enterprise architecture (EA) frameworks. Experience aligning technology with business strategies. Experience guiding transformation projects and establishing architecture governance. Experience evaluating and recommending technologies. Experience supporting solution architects and engineering teams. Experience in cost optimization and managing technical debt. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks. Translate organizational needs into technical architecture vision and strategy. Assess current-state architecture and build target-state roadmaps. Guide large-scale technology transformation initiatives. Establish and enforce architectural standards, principles, and governance. Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders. Model business processes, capabilities, and data flows. Support risk management, security, and compliance activities. Provide direction to solution architects and engineering teams. Support optimization of systems, services, and infrastructure. Should Have: Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities. Ability to work on-site in a hybrid model as required. Understanding of security, privacy, and compliance frameworks. Skills: Architecture governance. Enterprise-level technical assessment. Strategy development. Documentation and presentation. Large-scale system design. Cross-functional leadership.
