This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Secretary to the Board of Directors with PROLAUNCH CORP/PROLAUNCH INC. Based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada, this role offers flexibility for some work‑from‑home arrangements. The Secretary will be responsible for coordinating board meetings, managing communications, preparing documentation, keeping records, ensuring compliance with corporate governance practices, and providing administrative support to the Board of Directors. Additional responsibilities may include liaising with stakeholders and supporting the Board in strategic planning and decision‑making processes.
