Job Description Lead the Future of Product Enablement for AI-Powered Commerce. Are you passionate about turning complex products into simple, impactful learning experiences? As Coveo's Lead Product Enablement Manager for Commerce, you'll empower our global teams, partners, and customers to adopt cutting-edge AI solutions. In this role, you'll lead enablement initiatives that drive readiness, alignment, and success across every product release. You'll collaborate across teams, design scalable enablement frameworks, and transform product knowledge into powerful learning experiences that fuel growth. As one of our Lead Product Enablement Manager, you will: Lead the enablement strategy for all Commerce product releases, ensuring internal and external readiness. Partner with Product, Marketing, and Education teams to translate new features into effective enablement experiences. Build and optimize scalable frameworks and processes for readiness milestones, communications, and assets. Act as the main liaison for enablement across the Commerce line of business, ensuring alignment with go-to-market strategy. Develop and maintain engaging learning resources, demos, and workshops for internal teams, partners, and customers. Define and measure key success metrics to continuously improve enablement effectiveness. Here is what will qualify you for the role: Proven experience in product enablement, operations, or software implementation - ideally in SaaS or B2B technology. Demonstrated success leading cross-functional release readiness programs that align Product, Marketing, and Customer Success Teams. Familiarity with considering GTM teams and internal functions as key learning audiences when designing enablement strategies. Excellent organizational, communication, and program management skills in fast-paced, evolving environments. What would make you stand out: Experience in Commerce technology, AI-driven ecosystems, or customer experience platforms, with an ability to connect product value and narrative to releases and features. Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design, and enablement tools such as LMS platforms or learning analytics. Proven ability to design and implement process frameworks or governance models across distributed teams. Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measuring enablement impact and continuously improving learning effectiveness. Do you think you can bring this role to life?
