Software Tools Developer II Posted in Drummondville, Quebec, Canada. Entry‑level. Full‑time. Job Summary In this entry‑level position, the Software Tools Developer II works with a team of Software Tools Developers on the implementation and support of various tools used in the development process. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Learn and understand the department’s processes and scope of work. Implement and maintain software under minimal supervision. Resolve basic software issues under minimal supervision. Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the manager. Required Skills and Experience Bachelor’s or college degree in software, electronics or related area or relevant experience. 3+ years of experience in programming. Knowledge of C#, Python and web technologies. Knowledge of Visual Studio development environment. Knowledge of GIT version control tools. Analytical mindset with the ability to locate root causes. Good verbal and written communication skills in French and English. Good problem‑solving skills. Assets Good interpersonal skills. Able to work as part of a team or independently. Physical Demands Required to talk or hear regularly, stand, walk, sit, and use hands and fingers to use tools. Visual abilities: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus. May have to travel locally, nationally or internationally.
