Lead Door Technician

**Job Title: Lead Door Technician****Job Description**We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Door Technician to join our team. This role involves installing door frames, doors, hardware, bathroom partitions, and assembling lockers as needed. As a crucial member of our overhead door division, you will be responsible for leading and training a helper, ensuring high-quality workmanship and efficiency.**Responsibilities**Install door frames, doors, and hardware.Install bathroom partitions in unoccupied spaces.Assemble lockers when required.Contribute to the development of the overhead door division.Lead and train a helper to ensure efficient operation.**Essential Skills**Proficiency in carpentry, door installation, and drilling.Minimum of 2 years of experience installing overhead doors.Leadership experience.Comfortable working at heights using ladders or scissor lifts.Possession of a valid driver''s license.Ability to lift 50 lbs.**Additional Skills & Qualifications**AWP certification.Fall Protection training.**Why Work Here?**Join our team and enjoy a range of benefits including access to a gym, participation in staff-building events like BBQs, and standard benefits.
