As an Inside Sales Associate, you will engage with customers, handle inquiries, and ensure that merchandise is accurately picked, packed, and shipped. You’ll be tasked with maintaining records of incoming and outgoing goods while providing direct customer service. This role involves using a company vehicle for deliveries and operating warehouse equipment as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate records of products shipped and received
• Pick, pack, and prepare goods for shipment
• Verify incoming shipments match documents
• Interact with customers and resolve service-related issues
• Organize storage and ensure inventory accuracy
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Strong customer service communication skills
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a physical environment
