This role supports our media team in creating, monitoring, and tracking programmatic ad campaigns on Amazon and other retail channels. Programmatic advertising is rapidly expanding, with significant market share in digital ad spending. This position offers the chance to learn Amazon’s DSP platform from scratch, working with top brands and advertisers. It suits analytical, curious, self-starting individuals eager to explore this growing field.What you'll do: Create, monitor, and optimize DSP display & video campaigns and manage budgets Develop and analyze reporting and performance insights for digital marketing campaigns Collaborate with Media Managers and team members to learn and apply campaign management best practices Build key metric reports, track trends, and communicate results effectively Analyze customer shopping behavior to improve campaign outcomes Work cross-functionally with media and e-commerce teams Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and relevant insights for clients Support operational process improvements within the team Who you are: Experience in campaign management and digital advertising; Amazon Advertising or The Trade Desk experience preferred but not required Proficient with tools like Excel and third-party platforms for data analysis Strong ability to understand and utilize new processes and data Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with attention to detail Working at Flywheel Competitive rewards, career growth, and a supportive culture Global office hubs, flexible vacation, learning opportunities, and benefits Parental leave, volunteering, and ERGs for inclusion Background check required for hires Learn more about us: Life at Flywheel The Interview Process: Initial call with Talent Acquisition, followed by team interviews, skill assessments, or exercises as applicable.
