Own technical SEO and search strategy remotely for Blacksmith Agency’s urgent care clients across Canada, South Africa, or the USA. Shape rankings across traditional and AI search.
As SEO Manager, Urgent Care, you lead search for urgent care groups operating multiple sites. You set technical roadmaps, content priorities, and the ranking story for clients. Your work covers audits, fixes, reporting, and strategic decisions across several accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage crawl, indexation, speed, schema, and site architecture
- Set keyword, on-page, and content priorities
- Improve visibility in Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity
- Develop links, local search, and multi-location SEO
- Report in GA4 and Search Console; create quarterly roadmaps
Requirements:
- Three-plus years of hands-on SEO experience
- Fluency with Search Console, GA4, and Screaming Frog
- Experience using Ahrefs or Semrush
- Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
- Clear spoken English for live calls with US clients
