As a Department Manager, your key role will focus on enhancing customer experience and ensuring merchandise is maintained to Walmart's standards. You'll train and support associates, delegate tasks, and execute daily merchandising activities. Your leadership in a dynamic environment helps drive teamwork and achieve results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide friendly service and assist customers with product selection
• Delegate and oversee daily Customer Availability Process tasks
• Execute price changes and maintain merchandise presentation
• Assign associates to support sales floor coverage
• Train and coach associates on performance and engagement
Requirements:
• Must be 16 years or older
• Strong leadership and organizational skills required
• Capacity to manage fast-paced workloads efficiently
• Ability to lift inventory, equipment, and supplies up to 50 lbs
• Flexibility to adapt to various shifts
