Our Transmission group is looking to add a Project Engineer to support various projects across Canada. The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, and other stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and deliver safe, efficient, and high quality projects. Responsibilities and Duties Support project planning, estimating, and budget preparation Develop material and construction specifications for transmission projects Prepare design packages, material take offs, and procurement requisitions Track material deliveries, inventory, and documentation Coordinate purchase orders, packing slips, and expense submissions Maintain project schedules, progress reports, and quality records Assist with project change orders, including cost and schedule updates Provide technical support to field teams during construction Liaise between project operations and the corporate office to keep information flowing Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering field 2 years of relevant engineering project experience Experience with transmission line design Demonstrated familiarity with PLS CADD Preferred Skills / Experience Proven Transmission Line Project experience Experience with JD Edwards (or similar ERP systems) 8 years of related experience Benefits We offer a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package that incorporates a complete range of employee benefits, including an RRSP matching program, to ensure you have the tools necessary to manage, maintain, and improve your health and wellbeing.
