Regional sales manager

Our client, a key player in the insurance services industry, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to support its growth in the Ottawa region.
Full-time – Permanent – Remote with frequent travel (50%)
- Market and sell company services to insurance adjusters;
- Build and manage a network of clients to maintain a steady sales pipeline;
- Maintain client relationships and attend industry events (golf tournaments, trade shows, etc.);
- Present company services through meetings, seminars, and training sessions;
- Coordinate claim information with the operations team;
- Ensure clear communication with clients and internal teams on case progress;
- Work with local accommodation vendors to expand service offerings;
- Prepare activity and performance reports (territory analysis, work plans, etc.);
- Influence service development based on market trends;
- Assist in handling customer complaints and propose solutions.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in territory management;
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration (asset);
- Fluency in French and English;
- Solid experience in customer acquisition and retention;
- Negotiation and sales closing skills;
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, an asset);
- Leadership and relationship management skills;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems;
- Customer service orientation and strategic thinking.
