A strong interest in treating a variety of conditions (neurological, chronic conditions, older adults) is essential. You must enjoy working independently and building a roster of regular home‑care clientele. Compensation and Requirements Independent contractor arrangement with a flexible schedule. $100 per session hour, appointments are a minimum of 45–50 minutes. Expected commitment: 4–5 hours must be made available per week. Ability to service one or more of the following regions: Scarborough, East York/Beaches, North Toronto/North York, Etobicoke/North Etobicoke and/or Downtown Toronto. Travel and equipment (plinth) are your responsibility. Complimentary home‑care training, clinical rounds, and quarterly research updates. As an IC, you will also receive access to Foundation’s courses and workshops at 50% off. Responsibilities Provide manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription, education, and coaching to home‑care clients. Develop and implement individualized home‑care plans and manage caseload relationships. Maintain strong organization, retain clients, and manage case loads. Serve as an independent practitioner and communicator with clients and the Foundation team. Experience Minimum 1–2 years in an outpatient or home‑care setting (preferred). Experience or interest in neurological rehabilitation. Start Date This position is set to start as soon as possible. Ideal Professional Setting Become part of the Foundation network while maintaining flexibility and independence. Build your client‑facing time into your day. Provide effective home‑care visits with 45–50 minute individualized appointments. Company provides patients/patient referrals, along with structured onboarding and training. Travel and equipment are your responsibility. Mentorship and Professional Development Structured mentorship available; reduced cost for contractors. A 6‑month mentorship curriculum covering Private Practice, Manual Therapy, Caseload Management, Communication & Exercise Principles. Monthly clinical rounds. Internal workshops for skills such as taping, acupuncture, and manual therapy.
