We are North America’s largest direct-to-consumer home remodeling company, paying top rates for less field and home time. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and provide comprehensive training. Responsibilities Travel to pre-scheduled, company-generated appointments within the Metro area. Perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations. Follow a value-based selling process emphasizing honesty and integrity. Attend training sessions and sales meetings. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Valid driver’s license (required). Ability to travel up to 2 hours daily (required). Ability to lift and carry 20-60 lbs. of samples (required). Comfortable navigating applications on an iPad (required). No prior outside sales experience necessary. Willingness to learn a structured sales process. Strong desire and ability to close sales. Compensation Uncapped commission structure with earnings between $80,000-$220,000+. Performance-based bonuses. ICBA Contractors insurance options. Schedule Flexible weekly schedule. Evening and weekend availability required. Employment Details Full-time position. Entry level.
