Interact directly with end users and stakeholders in a product owner capacity, translating business needs into functional solutions. Support two Sales Cloud instances, contribute to a B2B Marketing Cloud integration, and play a key role in refactoring our CRM to drive sales efficiency, automation, and customer experience improvements for our growing Media Sales organization. This position offers significant growth opportunities, including exposure to system architecture, AI-driven automation, data analytics, and product management. Key Responsibilities Design and develop new Salesforce features using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Triggers. Build and maintain complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems. Troubleshoot issues, optimize code, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices. Mentor team members and contribute to architectural decisions.
