We are proud of our 100,000+ member‑owners, our 650+ team members throughout our 20+ Gas Bars, Home Centre, 4 Cardlock/Bulk Fuel Stations, 6 Food Stores, 6 Liquor Stores and Administration Office, in addition to future growth. What You’ll Do Oversee, plan, and manage daily operations for a stand‑alone gas bar site. Lead a team in a positive and engaging manner. Maintain positive relationships with vendors and distributors. Who You Are You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and: You have a post‑secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience. You have 5+ years of retail experience (preferably in the consumer gas industry). You’re familiar with merchandising. You’re honest and trustworthy, results‑oriented and strive to be the best in what you do. You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
