Position Overview We are hiring a Senior Full-Stack Marketing Director with proven experience across: Capital markets & going-public readiness Social media growth and aggressive daily posting Brand creation & storytelling Traditional & digital media relations This leader will architect and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that positions our company for both mainstream and investor attention. Key Responsibilities Capital Markets & Investor Marketing Develop marketing strategies aligned with pre-IPO, Reg A+, or fundraising initiatives. Create and refine investor-facing materials: pitch decks, corporate storylines, press kits. Work closely with legal/compliance to ensure all marketing supports capital market activities appropriately. Branding & Corporate Identity Build our brand identity from the ground up (visuals, voice, messaging). Maintain consistency across all platforms and communication channels. Lead creative direction for videos, ads, campaigns, and website content. Oversee aggressive daily posting on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, and more. Manage a content calendar, analytics tracking, and continuous optimization. Lead influencer outreach, community growth, and viral content strategy. Create and execute marketing plans for mixed-use, residential, or commercial real estate projects. Coordinate renderings, drone shoots, project videos, brochures, and investor materials. Collaborate with sales and development teams to support pre-sales and public launches. Traditional & Digital Media Relations Leverage existing media relationships to secure coverage in TV, print, radio, and online publications. Write and distribute press releases, feature pitches, and story angles. Coordinate interviews, press events, and public announcements. Product Launch Strategy Build pre-launch hype cycles, launch campaigns, and post-launch follow-ups. Develop go-to-market timelines and coordinate cross-team execution. Identify key moments for capturing media attention and public buzz. Crypto & Web3 Marketing Craft marketing strategies targeting crypto traders, builders, investors, and Web3 communities. Manage outreach through X (crypto Twitter), Telegram/Discord communities, and crypto media sites. Collaborate with Web3 partners, influencers, exchanges, and industry events. Requirements Experience 5–15+ years in marketing, with multi-industry experience preferred. Track record supporting companies through capital-raising or going-public stages. Proven success driving engagement and growth across all major social platforms. Established relationships in traditional media. Hands-on background in crypto/Web3 marketing. Skills High-level strategic thinking + ability to execute rapidly. Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation abilities. Exceptional understanding of branding and audience psychology. Ability to manage teams, freelancers, influencers, and agencies. Strong project management and cross-departmental leadership.
