The Opportunity: As an Account Manager , you will act as the primary marketing partner for a portfolio of Birchwood dealerships. You’ll workdirectly with General Managers, and senior leadership , helping translatebusiness goals into integrated marketing plans that drive sales, serviceretention, and brand consistency. You’ll own the planning, budgeting, execution, andperformance analysis of dealership marketing—across digital,traditional, in-store, and experiential channels —while leveraging the scaleand expertise of Birchwood’s centralized media team. What You’ll Be Responsible For: Strategic Partnership & Planning Serve as the trusted marketing advisor and first point of contact forassigned dealerships Lead annualand monthly marketing planning , aligning dealership objectives withgroup strategy Recommendthe right channel mix, messaging approach, and investment strategy —notjust digital tactics Budget Ownership & Performance Accountability Manageand track dealer advertising budgets , ensuring spend aligns withapproved plans and delivers ROI Monitorperformance across campaigns and channels, using data to optimize,adjust, and re-prioritize Developclear, actionable monthly performance reports tied to businessoutcomes—not vanity metrics Execution Across All Facets of Marketing Coordinatecampaigns across: Digitaladvertising (search, social, display, video) Websiteinitiatives and conversion optimization Emailand CRM-driven communications In-store,on-lot, and local market activations Brandand OEM-aligned initiatives Workclosely with internal creative, digital, and analytics teams to ensure high-qualityexecution Analyzeresults, identify trends, and proactively bring new ideas andimprovements forward Translatemanufacturer programs, inventory priorities, and local market conditionsinto compelling campaigns Balancemultiple dealerships while maintaining exceptional organization andattention to detail What We’re Looking For: 1–5+years experience in marketing, account management, or client services Provenability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and budgets Experienceacross marketing strategy, execution, and reporting (not justcampaign deployment) Strongcommunication skills— confidently present recommendations and results Experiencein automotive, retail, or multi-location brands is an asset (but notrequired) Post-secondaryeducation in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field Why Birchwood: Bepart of Manitoba’s largest and most progressive automotive group Workon real budgets and real strategy , not just task execution Collaboratewith a high-calibre in-house fully resourced marketing team Exposureto senior leadership and dealership decision-makers Competitivecompensation, benefits, and professional development Aculture built on integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement For over 60 years, Birchwood has grown by doing business theright way—honest, fair, loyal, and progressive .
