IT PMO / Business Analyst – Digital Transformation 4789 Yonge St, Toronto, ON M2N 0G3, Canada Job Description Role Summary We are a medium-sized telecom company executing a 2-year digital transformation roadmap. Phase 1 (next 6 months) includes implementing a new CRM, OMS, ERP, and supporting tools, while establishing foundational SOPs and ITSM-grade processes. We are looking for an IT PMO / Business Analyst to serve as the IT Director’s right hand. This role will drive day-to-day project coordination, vendor delivery management, and audit-quality process documentation. You will also act as the first point of assessment for new project and feature requests, ensuring the IT Director’s time stays focused on strategic priorities. Key Responsibilities Maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and milestone reporting for Phase 1 initiatives. Coordinate project ceremonies and working sessions; document decisions and next steps. Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and delivery artifacts. Track progress, dependencies, and risks across multiple workstreams to keep delivery on schedule. Process & SOP Development (ITSM/ISO-grade) Lead current‑state process discovery with business SMEs. Produce standardized SOPs, workflows, RACI, controls, and exception handling to audit‑grade quality. Support future‑state process design to enable automation through new systems. Maintain a structured, version‑controlled process library. Support identification, evaluation, and shortlisting of vendors for roadmap projects. Prepare evaluation scorecards, coordinate demos, and summarize recommendations. Manage day‑to‑day vendor coordination (4–5 vendors at peak): deliverables, timelines, issues, and change requests. Intake & Business Case Triage Serve as first‑line intake for new project and feature requests. Validate business cases for value, feasibility, and alignment to the roadmap before escalation. Clarify requirements, challenge assumptions respectfully, and ensure requests are well‑formed. Requirements 3–6 years experience in Business Analysis, PMO, Project Coordination, or Transformation Delivery. Strong background documenting and standardizing processes in low‑maturity environments. Demonstrated ability to produce ITSM / ISO‑style SOPs and operational documentation. Experience working with external vendors/contractors and tracking delivery outcomes. Excellent organization, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive execution with minimal supervision. Preferred / Assets Experience with CRM / OMS / ERP implementations or major SaaS rollouts. Telecom, retail, or order‑to‑cash environment exposure. Proficiency with Microsoft ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint). Success in the First 6 Months Phase 1 roadmap stays on track with clear milestone achievement and disciplined scope control. Multiple critical processes are documented and standardized to audit‑grade quality. Vendors are coordinated effectively with predictable delivery and proactive issue management. Request intake is organized; only well‑validated cases are escalated. Handles the tactical challenges of phase 1 projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr
