Superviser la fabrication des produits (UST simple et double paroi, moulage) en assurant le respect des standards de qualité, de coûts et de délais. Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes (ingénierie, ventes, service client, maintenance) pour optimiser les processus et résoudre les problématiques en temps réel. Identifier les opportunités d’amélioration et mettre en place des solutions concrètes et durables. Compiler, analyser et interpréter les données de production et les rapports mensuels pour appuyer la prise de décision. Piloter les initiatives d’amélioration continue et de fabrication allégée (Lean). Santé, sécurité et environnement Agir comme leader en matière de santé et sécurité, en plaçant la prévention et la rigueur au cœur des priorités opérationnelles. S’assurer du respect des politiques santé/sécurité/environnement, procédures et normes en vigueur. Superviser la gestion sécuritaire des produits et déchets dangereux. Veiller à la déclaration rapide des incidents et participer activement aux enquêtes et actions correctives. Gestion d’équipe et développement des talents Déterminer les besoins en main-d’œuvre à court et moyen terme. Participer activement à la sélection, l’embauche et l’intégration des employés de production. Créer un environnement de travail sain basé sur le respect, la collaboration et la responsabilisation. Encourager le développement des compétences et la progression des employés vers leur plein potentiel. Évaluer la performance, reconnaître les succès et adresser les écarts de manière constructive. Profil recherché Excellente capacité d’analyse et sens de la planification. Leadership mobilisateur axé sur les résultats et la sécurité. Rigueur, vision stratégique et approche collaborative. Français avancé. Anglais intermédiaire un atout. Expérience dans l'industrie des composites un atout.
