Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and direct the preparation of meals in the kitchen. Perform related administrative duties and supervise designated staff. Qualifications Education & Experience: Graduation from a recognized 12 month program in cooking plus two years recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Successful completion of Food Safe I & II. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Ability to deal with others effectively Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position Ability to supervise Ability to organize work Ability to operate related equipment.
