Empowering Careers, Driving Innovation @ Visionet North America Job Summary: We are seeking a D365 Finance Functional Consultant with strong hands‑on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations financial modules. The ideal candidate will act as a subject‑matter expert (SME) for finance processes, with a strong background in the Retail industry and experience integrating D365 Finance with B2C eCommerce platforms. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of D365 Finance modules, including: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and Fixed Assets . Configure and support payment methods, bank reconciliation , and sales tax setup . Define and maintain inventory posting profiles and costing methods aligned with retail business needs. Collaborate with technical teams on integration with B2C eCommerce systems. Support financial close processes, reporting, and compliance requirements. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions. Assist with testing, data validation, user training, and post‑go‑live support. Required Experience & Skills: Proven experience leading or supporting D365 Finance & Operations implementations. Strong functional expertise in GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets. Solid understanding of inventory accounting, costing methods, and posting profiles. Experience with sales tax configuration and regulatory compliance. Knowledge of payment processing and bank reconciliation in D365. Experience supporting or integrating D365 Finance with B2C eCommerce platforms. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance certification(s). Exposure to end‑to‑end ERP implementation lifecycles.
