  • Experience in a multitude of working models - agile, waterfall and sprint based deliveries.
  • Strong communication and articulation skills to ensure effective and transparent communication across program
  • Analyze, evaluate and overcome program risks and produce program reports for management and client stakeholders.
  • Strong Team management and interpersonal skills, ability to groom and mentor teams
  • Bring in process improvements and continuous optimizations in the way programs are delivered, ability to take calculated risks while ensuring program objectives are met.


Qualifications

otherwise. So we might look for some of the below

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as CS, EE, Information sciences,Statistics or equivalent required.
  • 8-10 years of Experience, with around 2+ years in handling & managing
  • customers across geographies and large scale multi technology transformation programs (cloud, Applied AI, data analytics, etc,)
  • Understanding of Cloud technologies around AWS, Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience in working on a variety of delivery models - Scrum and agile methodologies, waterfall, hybrid.
