About The Opportunity WhereTo (now part of Flight Centre Travel Group) is looking for a passionate, motivated, and skilled Product Manager to join our growing Product, Engineering, and Design teams. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the team leading the return to travel and work with some of the largest and most influential travel programs in the world. Responsibilities Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for the Flight component, aligned with overall business objectives. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and user needs in the aviation industry. Feature Prioritization and Roadmap Planning: Define and prioritize features and enhancements for the Flight product roadmap based on user feedback, market demands, and business goals. Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to ensure successful product delivery. User Experience Optimization: Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive flight booking experiences. Conduct user testing and iterate on designs and functionalities. Data-Driven Decision Making: Define KPIs and metrics to measure product success. Analyze data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement. Stakeholder Management: Communicate product strategies and updates to internal stakeholders, act as primary point of contact for Flight product stakeholders, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Communicate updates, roadmaps, and project statuses effectively. Product Launch and Lifecycle Management: Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle for Flight products from ideation to launch and beyond. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for ongoing maintenance and successful launches. Experience & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field. Experience: 3-5+ years as a Product Manager, preferably with flight-related products or services. Demonstrated success in driving product development in a fast-paced environment. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the travel industry, including airline operations, distribution channels, and industry trends. Familiarity with flight booking systems, GDS platforms, and airline APIs is a plus. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to interpret data and user feedback to inform decisions. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience in an Agile environment is preferred. Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams and make tough decisions when needed. Customer Focus: Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering products that exceed expectations. Experience with user-centered design principles is desirable. Salary: annually $120,000 - $140,000 , dependent on experience and location.
