This Server role focuses on communicating recommendations, understanding promotional menus, and helping guests feel part of the Olive Garden family. You will learn about food, wine, and fresh ingredients while executing service steps to brand standards. The position also requires responsible alcohol service and safe food handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Know regular promotional menus and beverage offerings
- Recommend food and beverage choices to guests
- Enhance personal guest experiences through attentive service
- Provide responsible alcohol service
- Follow food safety regulations and best practices
Requirements:
- Provincial Responsible Alcohol Service certification
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Social skills for positive guest relationships
- Team-oriented approach to guest experiences
- Energy, self-confidence, and willingness to learn
