The Role We’re seeking a highly organized, adaptable, and strategic Technical Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of individual projects and manage broader client programs composed of multiple workstreams. You’ll collaborate with designers, developers, and clients to keep work moving smoothly, on time, and on budget — while also driving alignment across initiatives to deliver cohesive, high-value results. This is a fully remote role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a big‑picture mindset. We’re a nimble, quickly growing company looking for a team member who’s proactive, resourceful, solution‑oriented, and collaborative. Project Management Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of creative and technical projects (e.g., websites, apps, digital experiences and products). Own day‑to‑day project operations including schedules, budgets, scope, and resource allocation. Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams during project execution. Ensure alignment of projects to strategic goals. Track and report project status. Facilitate standups, reviews, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings. Map project requirements, plan development sprints, and manage project boards throughout project lifecycles Program Management Manage overarching client programs consisting of multiple interconnected projects. Align cross‑project efforts to broader business and brand goals. Ensure consistency across deliverables, timelines, and messaging. Partner with client stakeholders on roadmaps, phasing, prioritization, and value delivery. Track program‑level KPIs and report on progress, dependencies, and risks to leadership. Requirements 5–8 years experience managing cross‑functional teams, including engineering teams, and creative and technical projects in an agency, studio, or similar fast‑paced environment. Proven experience managing large client programs or multiple concurrent projects. Strong grasp of creative workflows (design, copy, UX) and development processes (Agile, Scrum, or hybrid). Background in digital production, UX design, or software development. Understanding of modern web applications and frontend frameworks. Experience working on product design and development from inception to delivery. Familiarity with SOAP/REST/GraphQL APIs. Adept at understanding and consolidating technical architectures and documentation. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Notion, Trello, etc.). Excellent client‑facing communication and presentation skills. Ability to synthesize complex problems and keep multiple stakeholders aligned. Comfortable working in fast‑moving, high‑stakes, and sometimes ambiguous environments. Language: Fluency in English Nice to Haves Experience with AI systems, large language models, or workflow automation. Exposure to interactive/experiential tech (AR/VR, installations, WebGL, etc.). Passion for improving efficiency and eliminating bottlenecks across teams.
