Wage Category: Annual Salary with Benefits Report to: Controller Location: 165 Milner Ave, Scarborough, ON, M1S 4G7 Duties and Responsibilities: 1/ Treasury Governance Execute treasury policies and procedures to impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities Support interim and year-end audit 2/ Banking Prepare documents for bank account opening / closing, credit card application / cancellation / credit limit change, authorization adding / change / removal Prepare incoming and outgoing payments by schedule, ensure accurate accounting of transactions and audit trail Track bank service fees and address quality issues Prepare monthly / quarterly / yearly treasury reports Assist in annual review of bank facility 3/ Cash Management Prepare daily cash position report comprising of the estimation and analysis of cash receipts and disbursements Prepare forecasts to project company cash positions in the short run and the near future, and alarm funding issues and cash-related risks if any Manage inter-company loan and reimbursement Settle inter-company receivables and payments Manage petty cash Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance Accounting designation is preferred Minimum of 3 years' accounting or treasury related experience Experience in a trading or manufacturing environment is preferred Advanced skills on Microsoft Applications SAP experience is preferred Detail oriented, and excellent time management skill We care for our employees : Convenient public transit (bus stop right outside the facility) On-site free parking On-site gym Employee Health Benefits Corporate Discount Program Employer match for Group RRSP/DDSP Program For more information, please visit our Career page at or follow us on LinkedIn at Please note: Interested candidates are invited to apply via our online application.
