Overview Operations and Records Management Coordinator role at HR Associates. Our client in the broad public sector is seeking an experienced Operations and Records Management Coordinator for a short-term contract. This hands-on role serves as the first point of contact for a variety of corporate administrative services, including facilities management, purchasing of office supplies, and oversight of the records information management program. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for corporate administrative services, including facilities management, purchasing of office supplies, and oversight of the records information management program. Qualifications College diploma in business or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in office/facilities management, procurement, and records coordination. Knowledge of public-sector operations, government legislation, procurement processes, contracts, and health & safety requirements. Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). Analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused, with a keen interest in staying current with records management and facilities best practices.
