Overview Operations and Records Management Coordinator role at HR Associates. This hands-on role serves as the first point of contact for a variety of corporate administrative services, including facilities management, purchasing of office supplies, and oversight of the records information management program. Qualifications College diploma in business or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in office/facilities management, procurement, and records coordination. Knowledge of public-sector operations, government legislation, procurement processes, contracts, and health & safety requirements. Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). Analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused, with a keen interest in staying current with records management and facilities best practices.
