Deliver accurate e-commerce orders as a Personal Shopper at Real Canadian Superstore while providing courteous customer service throughout each shift.
Personal Shoppers fulfill customer orders with efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail. You will select quality products, process transactions, and contact customers about substitutions. This role suits resourceful people who work independently while contributing to a collaborative store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service and answer general questions
- Accurately shop for customers and fill orders
- Scan products and process debit, credit, cash, and gift card transactions
- Contact customers about order accuracy and substitutions
Requirements:
- No previous experience required; training is provided
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Resourceful and courteous approach to customer questions
- Flexibility for days, evenings, nights, and weekends
- Ability to move up to 50 pounds throughout shifts
