Apply drywall repair, painting, and carpentry skills as an In-Suite Finisher supporting occupied residential suites in East Toronto.
Medallion seeks an In-Suite Finisher for its East portfolio, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will complete repairs, finishing work, and improvements while maintaining company standards and positive resident experiences. The work includes drywall, painting, caulking, trim, and fixtures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair, patch, sand, plaster, and touch up drywall
- Paint surfaces while protecting resident belongings
- Install trim, baseboards, caulking, and weatherstripping
- Complete minor carpentry and flooring-related repairs
- Inspect suites and report deficiencies or safety concerns
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years’ residential finishing, painting, renovation, or maintenance experience
- Experience with drywall, painting, caulking, trim, and basic carpentry
- Valid driver’s license for travel between properties
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
