Our Calgary-based client is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Program Architect to play a key role in a critical program modernizing their finance applications. This hybrid role offers the chance to leverage your expertise in a collaborative and results-oriented team.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Lead the architectural vision for program initiatives, ensuring strategic execution.
  • Champion "just enough" architecture principles and foster consistency across program's digital services.
  • Collaborate effectively with technical and functional leads, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve program objectives.
  • Champion our core values and actively engage with team members and business partners to achieve success.
  • Establish clear architectural standards and guardrails for program decisions.
  • Partner with service providers to implement leading-edge architectural practices and governance.
  • Drive program architecture decisions and facilitate alignment across the broader enterprise.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, continuously improving the company's digital risk posture.
  • Provide technical leadership for program initiatives, ensuring efficient, scalable, and reliable solutions.
  • Leverage your expertise with legacy applications like JDE Enterprise One and PeopleSoft.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Holds a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Boasts a minimum of 7 years working with ERPs, HCM, and Identity solutions. (Experience with Workday, JDE, SailPoint, ServiceNow, and PeopleSoft a plus)
  • Possesses a deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles and best practices.
  • Has a proven track record of leading and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrates exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Embraces a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
  • Has experience working with 3rd party vendor support resources (preferred).
  • Understands and thrives in both waterfall and agile delivery methodologies.
  • Maintains exceptional organizational, presentation, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Possesses expertise and experience with HCM, ERPs, and Financial Systems, particularly in data migration and enterprise system integration (a definite advantage).
