At Volkswagen of Newmarket, Pfaff Automotive Partners seeks an experienced technician passionate about automotive repairs. In this role, you will perform inspections, document work to manufacturer standards, and assist in training apprentice technicians. You'll engage in road tests and uphold cleanliness of customer vehicles while attending training sessions for ongoing development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform vehicle repairs and diagnostics as assigned
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and assessments
• Document work accurately per manufacturer standards
• Road test vehicles and report findings
• Assist in training and supervising apprentice technicians
Requirements:
• 310S License with 3-4 years of automotive repair experience
• Thorough knowledge of mechanical repairs
• Valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean abstract
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to stay updated with training requirements
