Grow and harvest tomatoes as a Farm Labourer, using crop care, packing, and farm equipment skills at a physical worksite. English or French is required.
This Farm Labourer position supports fruit and vegetable combination farming, with tomatoes as the specified crop. Tasks include planting, cultivating, irrigating, cleaning, cutting, and harvesting crops, alongside greenhouse cleaning and produce packing. The work is completed onsite without remote options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plant, cultivate, and irrigate tomato crops
- Clean, cut, and harvest agricultural crops
- Pack fruits and vegetables for handling
- Load, unload, and transfer crates and supplies
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
Requirements:
- English or French language ability
- One to less than seven months of experience
- Ability to handle loads up to 23 kilograms
- Comfort working at heights and in hot conditions
- Ability to stand for extended periods
Use crop cultivation, harvesting, and equipment skills while supporting tomato production through physically demanding farm work onsite.
