As a Market Associate at Eataly, you will contribute to stocking and merchandising high-quality Italian and local products. The position involves handling payments, managing product displays, and maintaining cleanliness throughout all work areas. You'll work closely with the Market Manager to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Stock and rotate products attractively per quality standards
• Manage cash transactions and provide accurate change
• Organize back-stock and storage areas efficiently
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment
• Report department needs and adjustments to management
Requirements:
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
• Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong verbal communication abilities
• Prior experience in a retail stocking role preferred
• Basic skills in math and cash handling
