Synechron is looking for a Senior Project Manager specialized in capital markets (Murex) to lead and coordinate large‑scale projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while managing resources and risks effectively. You will play a key role in organizing teams, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring project success in a complex environment. Responsibilities Develop and manage detailed project plans considering stakeholders, complexity, and business goals. Coordinate internal and external teams to deliver quality results on time and within budget. Manage scope changes, oversee quality control, and ensure governance standards are followed. Identify risks and implement strategies to mitigate them. Provide regular progress updates and reports to sponsors and decision‑making bodies. Requirements Over 6 years of project management experience, ideally in finance or banking, with knowledge of Murex and risk management. Certifications like PMP, MGP, or ACP are a plus. Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination skills. Ability to work in complex environments and handle multiple stakeholders. Good command of English, especially for working with international teams.
